2021 Chrysalis Award Regional Winner - Whole House Remodel
This remodel included 4 gorgeous bathroom remodels.
On the main level of this Ashburn home, the powder room was refreshed with new wallpaper, fixtures, vanity, and flooring. Upstairs, the primary bathroom was completely made over into a "wet room" experience, with an open shower and tub as well as heated floors and built in Bluetooth speaker system. Also upstairs, the home's original hallway bathroom was updated with a new tub tile, new vanity, mirror, fixtures, and more. The most exciting part of this remodel is likely the creation of the 3rd upstairs bathroom from space taken from the main level double foyer. Using this space helped to create an entirely new ensuite bathroom for a shared bedroom, and gave the family the space they needed for the long term.
Our customers, who were referred to MOSS by another contractor, loved the size of their home and especially the kitchen. However, they knew that the colors and finishes in the original kitchen weren’t to their personal style. They came to our design team with a few “anchor points” that they wanted to focus on – including creating a kitchen that was truly “the heart of the home”
Our MOSS customers loved their Vienna home and community and its proximity to schools, entertainment, shopping, and friends. But the main level interior of the home no longer suited their family’s needs. By working with our MOSS team, design decisions came into play that helped to create the space that the homeowners envisioned.
MOSS connected with our customers a few years ago but they decided to hold off on beginning a large remodel project at that point. After seeing MOSS sponsor an event at their children’s school more recently, they decided that the time was right to invest the time and energy to transform their house into their dream home, so they reached back out to MOSS.
