2021 Chrysalis Award Regional Winner - Whole House Remodel
This remodel included 4 gorgeous bathroom remodels.
On the main level of this Ashburn home, the powder room was refreshed with new wallpaper, fixtures, vanity, and flooring. Upstairs, the primary bathroom was completely made over into a "wet room" experience, with an open shower and tub as well as heated floors and built in Bluetooth speaker system. Also upstairs, the home's original hallway bathroom was updated with a new tub tile, new vanity, mirror, fixtures, and more. The most exciting part of this remodel is likely the creation of the 3rd upstairs bathroom from space taken from the main level double foyer. Using this space helped to create an entirely new ensuite bathroom for a shared bedroom, and gave the family the space they needed for the long term.
Bathroom Remodel in Centreville, VA
Our customers’ Centreville master bathroom was the original from when the home was built over 20 years ago. With outdated features and the typical wear and tear, they knew that they wanted to repair it but also at the same time, to upgrade it to make sense for their life and needs.
Bathroom Remodel in Herndon, VA
Having resided in their Herndon home for over twenty years, our customers (the home’s original owners), had already made several upgrades to their home, including a full kitchen remodel completed by MOSS several years ago. In 2020, with children grown and out of the house and full retirement looming, the homeowners wanted to take the next logical step to make their home more functional as they age in place.
Master Bathroom Remodel in Herndon, VA
Too often it is taken for granted that a master bedroom will automatically have an ensuite master bathroom. For these homeowners and their historic Herndon home, built in 1910, this was not the case. In fact, their home, while incredibly beautiful, not only lacked a master bathroom but also had structural limitations throughout due to its age.
