You were there on time, were very courteous while on the job site, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day (something that is often promised but seldom delivered during these renovations.) Situations arose during the renovation (as is typical with any renovation project), but our Field Operations Manger and the team were quick to offer work around solutions and made sure to keep us informed as to our options. They kept to the projected schedule and made every effort to work around our schedules. Moss also scheduled time to come back to the job site months after the work was completed to hang some cabinet doors that were backordered. Again, my experience has been that people often say they will come back, but it's like trying to pull teeth to get them to show up once they've left. We truly enjoyed working with the Moss crew and couldn't be happier with the results.
